Biggest Bucket Type Inspection machine in the Company's history delivered!
The biggest bucket type bridge inspection unit in MOOG's history - the MBL 1750 with a 17,5 m horizontal reach - has been delivered to the WEMO Tec Company in May this year.

38 m long bridge inspection gantry delivered for Golden Ears Bridge Vancouver
MOOG has won the contract for the supply of a 38 m long inspection gantry for the Golden Ears Bridge in Canada. The gantry has been designed, manufactured and completely tested in Germany before delivery to Canada.
The gantry consists of a base platform and two telescopic platforms. When fully extended the length is 38 m. With a width of 2 m and a payload of 1000 kg the gantry can be used for inspection works as well as repair works.
A special challenge for MOOG was the design of the driving system to enable the gantry to drive up and down a 10% slope when passing the piers.
